1. Raw materials of the printed circuit board
The most commonly used substrate for printed circuit boards (PCBs) is glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin with copper foil attached to one or both sides. PCBs are made of paper-reinforced phenolic resin bonded with copper foil. They are relatively cheap and are often used in household appliances. In PCB board maker, the printed circuit is made of copper, using electroplating or etching technology to make the copper leave the required pattern on the surface of the base material.
2. The Manufacture of PCB
The PCB manufacturing, including processing and assembly, must be completed in a very clean environment. In this way, the air and components will not be polluted. The following steps are commonly used in double sided PCB factory.

(3) Create a printed circuit pattern on the baseboard

3. Quality Control of PCB
During types of printed circuit board production process, necessary inspections are required to ensure product quality. These inspections include visual inspections and electrical inspections; most defects found by these inspections are caused by improper debugging of automation equipment. So after production, it is necessary to arrange necessary spot checks to ensure the product qualification rate.
